Toaster Sweater

Toaster Sweater

The Toaster Sweater from Sew House Seven is an easy fitting comfortable sweater in two styles. Option 1 has raglan sleeves, slightly cropped finish and a loose short turtleneck. It can be made in structured knits. Option 2 has set in sleeves, a looser fit through the body, high-low hemline and side vents. The neck is a unique cross between a boat neck and a funnel. This can be made in a variety of knits of different weights from jersey to boiled wool.

Techniques involved include sewing with knits, mitered side vents (for option 2), and finishing with cuffs/bands (for option 1).

Please come to class with your fabric washed and pressed, and all supplies in hand.
