The Cleo skirt by Made by Rae is a an elastic waist skirt, perfect for beginners. If you would like to try a skirt, but are not quite ready for zippers yet, this is the pattern for you. It has two length options to choose from, and a skirt must have: pockets!

In this class you will learn elastic casings, gathers, waistbands, in seam pockets, and hems.
